Tell Me A Story…

My girls love books, they love hearing a great story told to them by myself, my husband or their grandparents. However, sometimes well, sometimes, we just aren’t in the mood for story time 10x daily.

That’s were these great Tell Me A Story Cd’s come into place. Tell Me A Story is a great compilation of CD’s that tell a great story. The stories are also great because the Tell Me A Story CD are multicultural, something you don’t always find with traditional story books.

These great CD’s feature 6 original stories from children from around the world. Composer Laura Hall gives life to the stories through music, and there’s great narration to tell the story. Tell Me A Story Cd’s aren’t those annoying little children’s songs and stories your used to, as a parent, you’ll be intrigued and jump right in to listening to the great stories as well.

My girls love the second addition to Tell Me A Story which is Tell Me A Story 2: Animal Magic. They can sit for what seems forever just listening to the CD and the story. It gets them involved in more imagination as I’ve asked them to draw me pictures of what they just heard, we talk about the places visited in the stories, it’s just great.

Instead of listening to those annoying Kids Bop or children’s nursery rhyme cd’s in the car, pop in Tell Me A Story and enjoy your next road trip.

If you’d like to listen to a sample selection visit: www.cdbaby.com/cd/friedmanhall

You can find out more about Tell Me A Story on their website, or find Tell Me A Story CD’s on Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com or download a digital copy on ITunes.
