Getting Back on the grind…


Getting back on the exercise wagon isn’t an easy task I’m finding out. I’ve been out for maybe 2 weeks now, and it feels like forever! I was down 12 lbs but now, I’m not so sure. I’m afraid to weigh myself, I don’t want to see the numbers go back up, I just want to see them go down. I just feel depressed about it.

I got back on the horse today and did some piddly exercises. I can tell I’m still not at 100% as I huff and puff and cough just trying to do some crunches, so I guess I still have to take it easy. Drink my water, eat healthy and do some movement every day, even if it’s just a little. I think once I get back on my Wii Fit, it’s going to have some harsh words for me for not using it for so long.

As depressed as I am about this, I’m determined not to give up, I’ve done so well before I got sick, and I’m going to finish this, I’m going to continue to loose this weight and I’m going to be happy about myself once and for all.
