Think of summer and all the snacks you like to indulge in. Although fresh fruit is on the top of my list, there are ‘bad’ things there as well, including one of my favorites… S’Mores! Since I made the girls S’Mores Nacho’s the other night, I’ve been craving it more than ever, so I found myself an alternative that I can snack on too, while I watch my calories….
S’Mores Snack Mix
Toss together in a sealed plastic bag or airtight container.
Serving size is 3/4 cup
Recipe makes 6 servings

Unfortunately, it’s still got a lot of sugar and carbs so I can only have a little, but hey, it’s better than eating the original S’Mores or S’Mores Nachos, and it’s YUMMY!!! Once in a while, it’s a great alternative snack!
