We’re always looking to save money, and with the Cart Buster Savings Event at Kroger, you’ll be able to save storewide in almost every department. Load up your card with everyday and back to school items from brand you already trust and love.

During the Cart Buster event you’ll also find many “Deal Of The Day” sales going on running through the 16th. You can download exclusive offers and find your deal of the day sale and more by visiting cartbuster.com.

I read a study once that revealed that people spend more money the more frequently they go to the store–even when the intention to buy the same amount overall. So, I save money money on groceries by doing fewer, larger trips and stocking up, rather than going to the store a couple of times a week. We also save money by eating mostly slow food cooked at home.

One way I plan to save on school groceries is to stock up when Kroger has their Dollar Days sales and the Cart Buster event also.
