I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin, but I love brownies so I tried them out, makes them a bit healthier and something I can indulge in to fix my chocolate craving.
15 oz canned Pumpkin
1 box brownie mix
1 oz (30g) Mini Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
Mix Pumpkin and Brownie mix together. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Bake in mini-muffin tins for 16-18 minutes at 350.
