This post brought to you by Reebok Settlement. All opinions are 100% mine.
When I started going to the gym, one of the first things I did was buy myself a pair of new shoes. I researched, looked around, and decided on purchasing the Reebok EasyTone shoes and some apparel. I thought maybe it was me at first, my feet ALWAYS hurt in those shoes, and really, the shoes were not ‘toning’ me like they claimed they would.
Apparently I wasn’t the only one, because now there’s a class action Reebok settlement.
* If you have purchased certain Reebok toning shoes and/or apparel from December 5, 2008 through October 12, 2011, you may be eligible to receive payment from a class action settlement. The lawsuit alleges that Reebok violated certain state laws regarding the marketing and sale of toning shoes and apparel. Reebok denies all wrongdoing. The Court did not decide which side was right. Instead, the parties have decided to settle.
