I did it… Although we had the extreme heat going on (OK maybe not so extreme, but HOT) I made it to Zumba class last night, in the giant warehouse, that has only some fans, and no air conditioning… I did my 1 hour Zumba workout, and was drenched in sweat, but… I DID IT! I found the motivation to go. Today though, is not the same, our Wednesday Zumba instructor is pregnant, and class was canceled tonight, which I totally understand, not a good night for her to teach. So, tonight, I have to find the other motivation I have to try this exercise programs at home!
Something about working out at home just isn’t the same about working out at my class. I mean, I’ll do it. I have to. I will! I refuse not to.. But, I tend to get really bored really quick when working out at home, it’s just not… FUN!
Not like working out is supposed to BE fun or anything, but I get more enjoyment out of it when I’m at the gym or my class. So, I’m on the hunt today, find one of my workouts that I already own, or find something new online, that will keep me motivated and not bore me to death while I’m working out on my own at home. Never mind finding the time to do it while I have two nosy children crawling up my butt every two seconds wondering what I’m doing.. Maybe I’ll be working out once they head to bed tonight!
