TRADITIONAL PORK KEBABS
Ingredients
· 2 lbs. pork shoulder cubes
· 1 tbsp. kosher salt
· ½ tbsp. black ground pepper
· ¼ tbsp. red crushed pepper
· ½ tbsp. dry oregano
· ¾ lbs. mixed peppers (red, yellow, green) cut 1 inch cubes
· ½ tbsp. paprika
· 1/4 lbs. white onions ( cube 1 inch)
· 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
1. Marinate pork cubes for about 6 hours, or leave overnight, place in refrigerator
2. Skewer vegetables and pork, grilled or B.B.Q. grill
3. When kebabs are done drizzle an additional olive oil with lemon on kebabs.
