I’m a huge fan of Zumba! I do it every week at least 4 times a week when I can. I love it! It relives stress, and I’m exercising while having fun, which is important! I never thought I’d like ‘classes’ but with Zumba it’s different, it’s not like just another exercise class. There are however some days my classes aren’t offered, or I just can’t make it.
When that happens I just pop in one of my Zumba Fitness games for my Xbox 360 Kinect. One of my newest added to my collection is Zumba Fitness core. Why I was most excited about this game was because it would focus on my abdominal’s. While Zumba seems to shape and tone my other muscles, my stomach is one of the hardest and last places I see a change, so a chance to focus on my core, while doing my favorite exercise was a plus!
Zumba Fitness Core targets your abs without the crunches. You’ll learn fun, effective ways to target your core muscles with 40 songs that will get you moving. Zumba Fitness Core provides you with different dance moves taken from Jazz, Latin Pop, Salsa, Russian Folk and more, there’s such a wide range and don’t worry if you can’t dance… Just have FUN and MOVE!
I absolutely adore this workout! I wish we would incorporate some more of the ‘core’ moves during our class, but since I have Zumba Fitness Core at home, it keeps me going.
When you pop in the game, you’ll set up your fitness goals, and learn the Zumba moves with some fun tutorials. You can also select your workout. Make sure you’re ready to sweat because that’s what’s going to happen. Zumba Fitness Core is a motivating game that’s fun for the whole family, and you’ll forget your actually ‘exercising’.
This is such a fun game/workout… Can’t dance? Don’t worry about it, you’ll be having a great time, and you’ll learn the moves eventually. Start out slow and work on it daily, Zumba Fitness Core will help you reach your goals!
