Did you get a chance to watch WWE Saturday Morning Slam this past weekend? As I talked about last week, there was a vote going on for the new Saturday Morning Slam GM. And although a little disappointed my favorite Titus O’Neal wasn’t chosen, I’m pretty happy with the decision that was made.
Booker T came out to the ring to talk to the crown and to let them know that he had found the new Saturday Morning Slam GM. Coming down to the ring in a suit, the new GM would be none other than Mick Foley!
Mick Foley let all the fans know that Saturday Morning Slam would be a more exciting, fun and unpredictable with him in charge. I’m pretty happy with that decision, it’s better than the whiner Daniel Bryan who decided to interrupt Foley and couldn’t believe the WWE Universe picked Foley over him as GM. However, Mick Foley asked Daniel Bryan to be his assistant GM.
As much as Saturday Morning Slam is a recap show, you also get a show in itself with matches not seen on RAW or Smackdown, that are just for Saturday Morning Slam. So if you’re a ‘true’ wrestling fan, Saturday Morning Slam is on your list of must watch WWE shows, just like RAW or Smackdown.
Matches you may have missed this past week on Saturday Morning Slam:
Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler
Brodus Clay & Tensai vs. Primo & Epico
Saturday Morning Slam can be seen EVERY Saturday morning at 10:30 am on the CW Network.
