DDP Yoga – Free Introductory Workout


I’ve recently had the chance to check out DDP Yoga. I haven’t done much of it until this week where I’m trying to do it daily.

If you haven’t heard of DDP Yoga, it’s a different type of yoga program. I’ve sure you’ve seen it or heard about it around the internet, about Arthur, who was a wounded war vet and how he got into an amazing path with his health, if you haven’t check out this inspiring video below:

Amazing! I’ve been working on the 1st disc of DDP Yoga, and it’s pretty intense, I had the misconception that it would be boring, like your normal yoga routine, but it’s not. You sweat! Your heart rate goes up, you get challenged, and the moves are not that crazy! Plus, DDP always says, make it your own work out.

I’ll be doing a few more posts about my journey with DDP Yoga, it’s got me pumped up to want to work out, heck it even has hubby doing it as well.

DDP will be in Chicago next week (April 26th – 28th) at Comic Con!

Saturday night, there ill be a free DDP Yoga Introductory workout at 7:30 PM. Everyone is welcome so bring some friends! It’ll be fun and easy and anyone can do it!
