The kids are out of school for the summer, but within these next few weeks, doesn’t mean they have to stop learning. Why not learn something different at home that they might not be learning in school. Maybe teach them a new language.
Gus on the Go is a new foreign language learning app which is available for Android or IOS smart phones in both the Google Play Store and iTunes.
Gus on the Go was developed from toojuice, LLC by two parents (Yono and Alice) who have been dedicated to helping children embrace not only their native language but other languages through fun and educational apps.
The app features 14 different languages for children to learn, including Spanish, French and Hebrew through exciting visual and auditory lessons on numbers, colors, shapes and more. If you have a tablet or smartphone, why not put down the games for a bit and have your children learn and master a second language through a multi-sensory journey!
While learning a new language, Gus an animated traveling owl will guide your child on an interactive series of 10 different vocabulary activities. Once your child has completed each lesson Gus will encourage them to unlock their next adventure buy going through a review of what they have just learned.
Children will love the Gus on the Go app as they hear different animal noises, transportation sounds and view vibrant animations that will motivate them to see, hear and touch objects in a creative way. Not only will your child be learning a secondary language, but they will also improve their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills as well as their own basic vocabulary proficiency.
“Gus on the Go makes learning fun and practical for children who are building their vocabulary skills,” said Yonatan Mittlefehldt, Founder of toojuice, LLC. “Gus on the Go is great for teaching children through interactions within an engaging and completely educational environment. Gus on the Go has been a highly personal project for us and we’re excited for both parents and children to begin learning.”
