3. Find a substitution until you completely quit
As I already mentioned, going cold turkey overnight is rather hard thing to do. This is why most smokers decide to deal with their nicotine addiction slowly. Before they completely give up on in, they try various substitutions. Main thing with these substitutions is to provide you a feeling as if you’re still smoking and actually you’re not. This is very important as cigarettes and tobacco create a motoric dependency where you’re used to having something in your hands. Best way to deal with it? Get e-cigarettes. They use vape juice or e-juice instead of nicotine. It is a substance that is much healthier and doesn’t cause dependency. At the same time, you will still have a feeling of smoking and this will allow you to slowly reduce and ultimately remove smokes from your life.

4. Rely on support

We think that this is an issue we will easily be able to tackle and tend to sneer on anyone’s attempts to assist. However, support groups have shown incredible results over the years. Best thing about them is the fact they consist of people who have already been through same hell as you did and have learned valuable lessons. There are also those who managed to quit and they represent a shining example of how your life could be. Family is also very important in this situation. Although family doesn’t have the same teaching purpose it definitely can help you in an emotional way. They can also be there when you need to take your mind of cigarettes and do some fun activities.
