I don’t know what it is, but I’m a collector of body wash! Yea I’m weird, but I can’t say that I have one absolute favorite wash that I love, because well. I love them all! So when you give me the opportunity to try out something new I jump on it my collection grows more, and believe it or not I actually use a different one each day.

The newest addition to my morning shower is from the Caress Skinwear Collection. Caress has always been one of my favorites and this newest line is no exception. The caress Evenly Gorgeous body wash and beauty bars are made with burnt sugar and karate butter which helps moisturize, exfoliate and give you even toned, radiant, silky skin!

Not only is the scent of both the body wash and the bar great, but the color kind of caught my eye at the same time. It almost looks like a bronzer that will instantly give your skin that glowing bronze look! Along with the great scent and color is the realization that this wash actually does both exfoliate and moisturize at the same time. After a few days of using the Evenly Gorgeous body wash my dry itchy winter skin seemed to feel softer right out of the shower, so much so, that my normal routine of putting lotion on my entire body was skipped!

I can’t tell you how well the beauty bar actually works as I haven’t tried it yet, I tend to never use bars anymore and they just stack up in my closet waiting for guests to arrive who need a good wash. I imagine that the bar doesn’t disappoint either, if you like using bars. However, I’m a bigger fan of body wash and often times find they do a lot better job especially when it comes to moisturizing. Maybe I’ll give the bar a shot at facial cleansing, it might work a little better for me that way instead of directly in the shower.

Many of us are looking for foods that give us those extra health benefits, but one food that’s often overlooked is prunes. I know, not the most attractive food, or the best tasting, you always think of prunes and how your grandparents drink prune juice to stay a little more ‘regular’ not something a lot of younger people really think about.

It’s not surprising to me that 42% of women do not receive fresh flowers as often as they’d want to. I’m one of those 42% of women. I think in the 7 years that we’ve been married I can count on one hand alone how many times I’ve received any sort of flowers from my husband.

Well now, I have a little thing that might help change that, god forbid he actually got the hint. The California Cut Flowers Commission has come up with a really cute and interesting idea that lets you drop the hint without your voice. The hint cards are really sort of cute and allow you to give your significant other the hint that you’d love some flowers without outright telling them ‘hey you never get me flowers’. I thought the idea was genius, my husband however not so much.

When asked what he thought about the idea, he said he wouldn’t get me flowers based on a little card I left somewhere as a hint. He said if he got me flowers it would be because he wanted to, not because I wanted them. Typical man! I actually decided to try them out and simply placed one near his shaving kit so it would be the first thing he saw in the morning. Well apparently he either didn’t see it or simply ignored it because I got no flowers, and it wasn’t moved from the place I put it.

You might have a little more success than I did with the hint cards, if your husband is the romantic lovey dovey type of guy these might work great, but if you have a hot headed stubborn man like I do, you might need to put some more work into it.

I do have to say though the flowers I got from the company FloralAmbiance.com were beautiful and I’d love to get more on a regular basis, but as we can see, that probably won’t happen for me anytime soon. So I’ll bask in the freshness and beautiful aroma from the flowers that I did get instead of whining about the hint cards not working so well.
